So I got to talking to Taro again about him joining Eon and he asked me to post up this poll.
To recap: He left Eon because first of all, he was angry and fed up with all the unnecessary drama, second because of the character creation system... which is the result of the biggest problem: the lack of communication between all members, and third because he feels like he doesn't matter to Eon at all. Call it running away from the situation or solving his problems, by leaving he had no more drama to deal with and not being involved with Eon takes care of all the rest of the Eon-related issues. When I asked him if he'd ever re-join Eon, he always answered, "I don't know why I ever would want to."
So now the drama is over and the issue is being resolved. Taro has considered rejoining, but he first wants an answer to his final question: Did anyone miss him? Was the Eon storyline effected because of his absence? Does Taro leaving Eon matter at all to anyone?
Well obviously, Taro doesn't feel like he matters at all to Eon. This is why he wanted a greater involvement with PAL, though he didn't state this on the boards, and then the whole conflict started. He felt as if you guys were saying "You're aren't allowed to be more involved with Eon." Even though in the end this conflict was worked out, people were pissed off enough to lead to the rest of the argument. He's not asking for permission to come back, he just wants to know if anyone actually would care or not. I told him that of course he is going to have a huge impact on practically all of Riley's history and storyline by leaving. But that's only one character who doesn't really take part in much at the moment either. Does anyone else become affected besides me? I'm not so sure. And why not? It's because no one else has been as involved as Ani and Blake have been. I admire their dedication and I want everyone to strive in following their example. That's why some people felt like Ani and Blake were in "control of Eon", because Ani and Blake are actually involving themselves in Eon more than anyone else. I want to be more involved in Eon too (but I've been kinda lazy) and it's my own fault for not doing more. Same applies to everyone.
So Taro, I want you to come back so I can be involved with Eon too. I want us to have an as awesome and detailed and in depth of a storyline with our characters as Ani and Blake have been doing with theirs. I want us to branch out and get involved with the storyline and other people's characters more. I want you to feel like you have a purpose being involved with Eon, because without you, I can't either. Taro, you're not that involved with Eon because you need to be the one that involves yourself in Eon. Character conflicts will inevitably come up but that's what makes it more interesting. Please give it another try because even if no one else does, I really miss you.

I'll love it if Taro does rejoin, but that's entirely up to him.
Taro does have an impact on two of my characters after all, we RPed Draga and Kellan's meeting with Taro and him bringing those two to PAL.
I cannot think of any other awesome way for those two to join PAL, and I'll like it if Taro will be their first friend in PAL and hope that we get to RP some more together.
Again, it's up to you, Taro, if you want to rejoin Eons or not... either way, I'm fine with it. Happy or disappointed by your choice, maybe but I'll respect your decision, Taro!

I am sorry that I have to play the "bad guy" here but, honestly, I would rather not have Taro come back, mainly because of RL...differences. In fact, I can say that it would make my plans for Momaru go a lot smoother, because I'd rather not have to work out a compromise with him about PAL leadership, unless I absolutely have to. Simply, I don't even want to talk to him about anything ever again. I already have enough on my plate having to deal with Blake's Dane character who I still think needs to be done away with. Although I am open to making some sort of deal with Blake about this. Of course, I wouldn't expect him to give a damn about what I say since I'll probably be the only naysayer in Eon. What can I say? I love being the dissident.

*sigh* Honestly, I don't care. I really don't. I find this whole thing stupid, especially asking you to put a poll up. Of course most people are going to say yes! Momaru and I are the only ones who seem to dislike him and he KNOWS that. *shakes head* What gets me is if someone else did this, like Kama or Kat, or anyone really, he would probably call them attention-seeking.
I don't care if he comes back or not, it's his choice, and he shouldn't be asking other people for 'permission' to come back. My only request is that if he does come back, I don't want to talk to him at all. I'll leave him alone if he leaves me alone. If he can't respect that, then, no, I do not want him back. In the end, it's his choice, and I don't care what he does.
As for his not being involved, I felt that exact same way about Eirra too. She didn't have a purpose, I didn't have a purpose, why was I even in Eon. And then.... oh, wait! What did I do? Oh, yeah!! I TALKED to people. I came up with ideas about how Eirra could be more involved with Eon, and I ASKED other people about them. And I didn't just talk to one person, though it did start out that way. I talked to SEVERAL people! That was the first thing that was stated when we started. Everyone would have to decide for themselves how their characters were connected to Eon. I did my part, Ani did MORE than should be expected [*looks at Ani's character list and burns with envy* You're so talented at creating characters T.T' xD]. Taro connected himself with Riley, Draga, and... who else? If he wants to be more involved, he has to involve himself, I'm sorry, that's how it is. It would have been very easy for me to say "I don't feel like Eirra's involved, and that's your guy's fault for not suggesting ways for me to be involved, blahblahblah, bitchbitch..." but it would have been wrong, because it's not Eon's fault; It was mine.
What I find ironic is that, when Eon was starting out, we were TOLD that we were supposed to focus on the storyline and stuff. And now that a couple of us have, we're being critised for it. Funny how that works out *rolled eyes*. Heh, you really think I've taken over Eon? How? Tell me right now: how? Eirra's storyline affects Ryan, Roy's a little, Dante's [duh], Reggie's, and Mark's. All of which are Ani's characters, and Kama's character, and my character, Dante. AND Ani and Kama have agreed to our character interactions. Our character interactions do NOT affect that storyline whatsoever. Eirra keeps to herself for seven years, Darius keeps to himself for the same amount of time, and Louvre is outcast from all of LIGHT. Oh, yeah. I've totally 'taken control of Eon'. Dane has some power, yeah. For six months. And- I still need to talk to Momaru about this, but she may not even have that much power. So just because we have a developed storyline that affects NO ONE really but US, I fail to see how that makes it seem like 'Blake and Ani have taken over Eon'. Seriously? I think you need to chill out, people.
And to answer Taro's question: Did anyone miss him? Nope. Not at all. I don't even like the guy, but, like Momaru, I don't expect him to care about what I say. *shrugs* Was the Eon storyline effected because of his absence? My storyline? No. I've already gone through my character profiles and removed his name from everything, and it all works out. I can't speak for anyone else, though. Does Taro leaving Eon matter at all to anyone? Nope. I honestly don't care. Again, as long as he does not try to talk to me, I won't talk with him.
And, Momaru, seriously. Dane is not going anywhere. I'm sorry, but I've already created her, how can she just disappear and not exist anymore? My characters don't work like that. However, I have been thinking more about it, and I don't know if you read my suggestion- but A) What if there was a board of people in power. Example- Mark is the head of PAL, and Momaru and Dane run major bases in places like San Fransisco, Chicago, whatever, really. In any case, I didn't I make it clear that Dane only has power at the base SHE works at?? Or I could give her a section to have control over.... like a sort of police officer/assistant to Mark. She needs power- she doesn't need to be second-in-command. I like my 'boards of elders' idea >> Get back to me.

...ah nom nom nom....nom....kay, back to serious mode now. >_>;
First off, I agree with Dana and Night, it'll be great if Taro came back, but again, it's up to him, and we will not force him to come back to eons...yea, we won't duck tape him to a car and just bring him back and...kay enough of that now. :/
As for Blake and Momaru's replies... yea, you guys DO have a 'horrible' dis-taste for Taro here. And that's your choice but...it's also so sad to watch on how you two despise Taro for some idiotic reasonz. *cheezy smile* Riley: I would defently agree with you that if Taro came back, he would make your storyline MUCH easier, that would be 100% guarantee, it would also make my storyline for Reggie easier too, cause I RESPECT the fact that Taro was SO dedicated to PAL and yes, I havn't been doing a very good job of taking care of the whole PAL storyline and the blueprints of the actual base, Taro here has helped ALOT and that made me feel better.
And Taro...yea, I DO miiiiiss you on here and I love seeing your eon artwork, it's just I never get around the time to comment on them OR I'm just as lazy as Riley is over here...>>; Riley: Hey! ><

'Idiotic reasons'? If you don't even know why we are angry, how can you possibly condemn our reasoning, Kama? I mena that as an honest question...

You know Kama, I really don't care what you have to say. Blake is right, we have beef with Taro for our own good reasons. And guess what? Neither of us give a damn about what you or anyone else has to say about it, nor do we care to waste our time telling you why.
Also, I am shocked, no awe stricken at both your behavior and Shellys when I called you Friday. I simply cannot believe how rude, inconsiderate, and just down right mean you were to me. Especially when I have openly told you that I do not wish to speak to Shelly at this point in time unless she is the one that is initiating a conversation. I have my own reasons for saying so, I and I trusted you to respect my wishes. Instead, what do I get? I get a condescending and mocking "Hello Bryce!" From Shelly. Apparently you had a good laugh at my expense too judging by your laughter in the background Kama. So far, you've only made the situation between Shelly and I worse and managed to get yourself caught right in the fucking middle of this thing. So here's my ultimatum: Either keep to your own goddamn business, or pick a side.

Look, im just going to drag out the same argument I've taken to using; ultimately, its Taro's choice, and unless his choices result in destructive behavior I wont interfere with them. Personally I dont see how he couldnt have mattered much to Eon; he's done a LOT more than me, what with the whole concept of PAL, ect. If anyone should feel inadequte, its me. I think of him as an important part of the system, but if he doesnt feel like it I wont force him to do something he doesnt like.
And now I will get out of here before this whole thing descends into another flame war (already well on its way, i see)

Bryce: Really...I thought it was funny. X) I don't know if it's the same for Riley, but heck, it's up to you if you wanna hate me now. xD
Blake: I find it funny, ...well kinda that just getting mad at Taro, is you should just simply just...let it go, kay? <: Lyk, seriously, it's not a big deal.
Night: ...*gets out teh shiny duck tape* Alright, lets go for it. <:

"I want you to try and remember who introduced you to the group at pine creek." Riley.
"I want you to remember who spent $40 on text messaging bills because we chatted so much." Me too, moron... and most of those texts were nothing but you whining about how much your life sucks
"I want you to remember all of the times we got into fights and only got closer everytime." No, actually, after our fights is when I started to harbor a grudge against you, but I said nothing. We were never close. You barely knew anything about me. Oh, sure, you knew about cutting. That's IT. And MOST people know about that. You have no clue who I am; stop pretending you do. You never did. You knew things ABOUT me. You never KNEW me.
"The cutting, the anti-depressants, the crying, and the laughing. We wrote stories, watched movies, went to the park, visited eachother's houses, went to the library, and caused mischief together." So what. I still don't have any desire to remain in contact with you.
I'm gonna say this as clearly as possible: Shut the hell up and leave me the hell alone.
And how was I supposed to know you didn't cuss me out? You swore, and that's when I turned off the answering machine.
We are not friends. We never were. I never wish to see or talk to you again. So leave me alone. I think you are a pompous argoant dick, and I never liked you.
I am over it. I do not EVER want to talk to you again. So don't talk to me. I pick fights with you, becuase I don't like you, and if fighting with you is the only way to convince you to leave me alone, then so be it.
Oh, and for the record, I'm not... 'disecting' what you say. I'm Copying and Pasting so you know which part of your post I am addressing.
"I'm still upset with you though." HAHAHA!! Great, don't talk to me. PLEASE don't talk to me. I don't like you. I can't stand being around you. Is that clear enough? I don't like you, you don't like me.
So drop it. Don't talk to me ever again. - Blake
EDIT: "I don't even know the idiotic reason. Do you?"
Yes, I do :> But considering I never want to talk to you again, I don't want to bring up something that will cause another fight; that would mean more contact with you, and that would make me sad :<
